• Must be made in United States & distilled 2 times.

  • Most Bourbons are distilled in continuous stills According to Federal regulations, Bourbon must be made from a mash containing between 51% and 79% corn.

  • Bourbon must be distilled at 160 proof (80% alcohol) or less Must be aged a minimum of 2 years in new charred oak barrels.

  • Toasted on the inside in order to lower the tannic effects of wood.
