CLF tries to collaborate with all recruiting agencies to set the standard for an honest ethic business. CLF will do marketing for each agency and pre screening candidates with no application fee, no recruiting fee, as the foundation is a nonprofitable organization.  The qualified candidate will be sent to the recruiting agency,  the one who’s not qualified will be recommended to work on their English, knowledge, experience and CLF giving  free consulting solutions, free hospitality coaching clinics to help each candidate who didn’t qualify yet. By these programs, we believe that the recruiting agency will provide qualified candidates to the principal and collaborate with CLF as part of CSR (Corporate Social Responsibility).

CLF collaborates with the hospitality industry such as hospitality school, restaurant, resort and hotel as well and part of their CSR too. CLF tries to partner with all hospitality sectors as CLF creates competition among the supporting industries as the competition will create the quality of the candidate.
